Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This right applies to all or part of your purchase and may be exercised without providing any reason, unless a statutory exception applies. 

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Any additional costs resulting from the selection of a premium or express delivery service will not be refunded. Please note that you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s).
