Our goal is to deliver the items to our customers in 2-3 working days. Please note that the delivery time can vary depending on the amount of orders being expedited and other conditions that Rockandblue cannot help.

We do not apply partial deliveries. When a customers order is delivered, the purchase amount of the delivered items is debited. Once the items are left for delivery, a delivery confirmation will be sent by email. Whether the order will be sent to a delivery point or directly home appears on the delivery confirmation. A delivery notification will be sent via SMS when your package is ready to be collected at the delivery point. The package can be traced through kolli-id on the web.


Rockandblue sends all packages within Sweden with PostNord MyPack and the rest of Europe with DHL. In case of damaged and lost items during transportation to the customer, Rockandblue is liable of incurring costs. Please note that damaged or lost items must be notified to the customer service within a reasonable time (within 1 month). If the item is damaged or lost during the return shipping, you are liable of incurring costs.


For all non-collected packages a 250SEK/ €25 fee will be debited. The fee corresponds the costs of service fees, return shipping and handling. In case you regret an order and the package has already been sent from us, you must collect the package from the delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as non-collected and fee will be debited. It will always be less expensive to collect the package and send it back to us.


All purchases made from December 10 until December 22 can be returned until January 5. Orders placed after December 22 have the standard 14 days return right.

After your order has been delivered you have 14 days to withdraw your purchase in our online shop if you wish to return a product. The return is free*, just follow the steps below. 

1. Pack the items you wish to return securely in the original box or similar. The product has to be in unused condition with all labels attached for the return to be granted. 

2. Please fill out the return form with customer information, product info and reason code, and stick it on the parcel.

3. Attach the return label on the package. If you have not received a return label with your order, please contact us on the website.

Sweden: Please take the parcel to the nearest PostNord service point.

EU countries except Sweden: Create a pick-up through the DHL website. Visit, choose your country and select “Schedule a Pickup”

UK: Before making a return you must contact us on [email protected] Please name the subject line “Return UK” and remember to state your order number, name, address, telephone number, email and which items you wish to return. We will then help you create a commercial invoice and a return label. Without a valid commercial invoice you would have to pay additional customs and duties at the border. All returns should be sent with Rockandblue's recommended return service only. We will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. 

5. The payment/credit will be refunded when we have received your return.

*Note that the free return policy only applies if you use the included return label and return it correctly, according to the instructions above. ROCKANDBLUE will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way.
