There are various ways to find a specific product. You can use the site 'Search' function to search by name or keyword. If you are still having trouble finding a specific product, you can also use the menu to search by product category. Once you have selected your desired category, you can further refine the listings by style, colour and size using the filters. Failing this, please contact customer service and a representative from our Customer Service team will be happy to assist in searching for a specific item.
We always send you a return label that you can stick on your parcel if you make a return. If you do not find it in the box, check if it is attached on the parcel in a plastic envelope on the outside.

The Rockandblue webshop accepts both VISA and Master Card. Klarna Invoice and partial payment is also offered as possible methods of payment when shipping to Sweden.
Please note that correct email and physical address information are required when placing an order.
When placing an order using credit cards, your card is debited with the purchase amount once Rockandblue has sent you the order confirmation email. We work in cooperation with Adyen and Klarna that handle all card information; no card information is handled by us. All transactions are encrypted and we have the support of 3D-secure, all for customer safety.
Invoice payment is done in cooperation with Klarna and Klarna payment terms apply. Note that orders made with Klarna invoice can only be placed by Swedish residents. Klarna invoice payment is a secure and simple way of making purchases online. You are never required to give your contact information and always able to pay after the order has been delivered. Benefits of Klarna invoice payment include:

· Always 14 days of time for withdrawal in accordance with the distance and

When placing an order using gift cards as payment, the card is debited when the order has been delivered. Gift cards can also be used for partial payment in combination with credit card and invoice payment. Please note that gift card payments cannot be added afterwards. In case of returns, the purchase amount will in firsthand be refunded to the gift card. Please note that the gift card will be refunded in maximum to the amount of use when the order was placed. Credit card and Klarna invoice payments are credited after the gift card amount has been refunded.
Please note that one gift card code can only be used once for each order.
Once an order has been placed it is not possible to make any changes. If you would like to order an additional piece you will have to make a new order.
If you would like to cancel an order please contact our customer care. We cannot guarantee that it is possible to cancel your order. We might be able to cancel your order if you notify us shortly during business hours and your order has notbeen shipped.
If the payment was accepted and you reached the thank you-page, your order has most likely been confirmed. Please check your spam folder since the emails sometimes end up there.
Orders placed within Sweden normally takes 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and international shipments normally takes 2-5 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during business days.
The delivery time can vary depending on the amount of orders and other conditions that Stand cannot help. If your delivery takes longer than expected please contact our customer care and we will do our best to help you.
Orders within EU and UK: Free Shipping.
You will get the tracking number automatically by SMS or email when the order has left the warehouse. If you do not receive your tracking number, please get in contact with our customer care.
After your order has been delivered you have 14 days to withdraw your purchase in our online shop if you wish to return a product. The return is free*, just follow the steps below.
1. Pack the items you wish to return securely in the original box or similar. The product has to be in unused condition with all labels attached for the return to be granted.
2. Please fill out the return form with customer information, product info and reason code, and stick it on the parcel.
3. Attach the return label on the package. If you have not received a return label with your order, please contact us on the website.

Sweden: Please take the parcel to the nearest PostNord service point.
EU countries except Sweden: Create a pick-up through the DHL website. Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/, choose your country and select “Schedule a Pickup”
UK: Before making a return you must contact us on [email protected] Please name the subject line “Return UK” and remember to state your order number, name, address, telephone number, email and which items you wish to return. We will then help you create a commercial invoice and a return label. Without a valid commercial invoice you would have to pay additional customs and duties at the border. All returns should be sent with Rockandblue's recommended return service only. We will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
5. The payment/credit will be refunded when we have received your return.
*Note that the free return policy only applies if you use the included return label and return it correctly, according to the instructions above. Rockandblue will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way.
NOTE! That we will not send you a new invoice when you make a return. Use the original invoice for payment for the remaining amount. Refund and adjustments of returns will be made within 14 days of registered return.
Rockandblue does not apply exchange orders, new items are ordered on rockandblue.com. If you wish to change size or such, simply return the product and place a new order.
Please note that items cannot be returned to stores that sell Rockandblue.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us by filling out the contact form at the website, with your order number and issue of your return. Rockandblue follows the rules of consumer law.
If you do not find the return label in your delivery please contact our customer care and they will provide you with a new one.
When we have received the item we will refund the amount as soon as possible. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
